Return & Exchange Policy

We always hope you love what you order, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order in exchange for store credit. At this time, due to COVID-19, we have implemented a no refund policy. If you’d like to exchange your items for store credit, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Please note that all returned items must be new, unused, in the original packaging, with original labels attached. Domestic return shipping is free. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.

Please note that we are only able to refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
